4/5 taste. 2/5 texture.

Tastes pretty good. But the texture is disgusting. Sometimes when I want to pretend like I'm a responsible healthy adult I'll buy a Naked Juice instead of a soda. Normally I'll buy the blue one. (Super tasty, BTW). But I decided to take advice from everyone's favorite 90's British pop group and Spice Up My Life, and go with this orange one. I guess I didn't realize that the added protein in this flavor made it taste like licking a chalk board while drinking one of those fancy mixed drinks out of a coconut cup. If you're like me and appreciate a good mouth feel, maybe get the blue one. Plus, this one makes your mouth feel dry. I want my mouth to feel moist when I'm drinking something.

Accurate Review

After reading the comments I felt the need to give a honest and more accurate review and explanation. I previously bought this drink for the 20 grams of protein and not just for the smoothie. Most protein drinks don’t taste the best and/or have the chalky taste to it. After being a D1 athlete and currently working out daily I have tried dozens of protein drinks to try and find a well tasting one without having too much of the “protein” taste. The naked drink was absolutely delicious when it came to taste and flavor when comparing it to a high protein product. I would say there is a minor “chalky” taste to it but nothing compared to other protein drinks. I would highly recommend these to individuals trying to hit protein goals or for a good filler with a meal!

This taste absolutely terrible! It taste like they took the regular naked drinks and poured protein powder in and forgot to blend. Every sip is like drinking wet chalk. And yes I shook well. Blahhhh waste of money!

If you dont like protein shakes. Dont.

If you do not drink protein shakes regularly or if you don’t like them don’t drink this!!! I don’t like protein shakes but I loveeee this one especially after the gym! So sweet and different from regular ones but yes still chalky.
