    Bad inside seal

    We have been buying this coffee creamer for at least 10 years. But recently you changed the seal on the inside to a pull tab. This pull tab is so hard to pull off it splatters all over everything. You need to go back to the foil seal. We are older and can't pull on them or we have no choice but to purchase other brands.

    Terrible Bottle

    For a while there I thought you actually listened to your consumers and changed the bottle design back to the way it was, with the foil seal and the sturdier bottle. I didn’t see the new design for quite some time and now it is showing up again. You say you didn’t change the recipe, but why do so many users complain? We are not crazy. Has anyone ever thought the possibility that the new plastic somehow has an effect on the product itself? The new design is a safety hazard, the pull tab is sharp around edges that I almost cut my finger. I have to use pliers to open the bottle, how crazy is that? I’m only 5 ft tall so take my height, the height of the counter top and height of the bottle and I almost hit my self in the face with the pliers. Fix your product back to the way it was, PLEASE!!!

    Awful opener the first time

    The creamer itself is excellent. I only gave it one star because of your new opening, which is a nightmare. What were you thinking when you designed that? It takes a huge amount of brute strength to open the first time, and usually sprays creamer everywhere when it finally pops open.

    Years ago all I ever used was coffee mate French vanilla creamer. Then I tried International Delight french vanilla and liked it better. Well for the past couple of months it has tasted like a chemical taste. And also the new pull tab is horrible and trying to open it and it spills everywhere! Please go back to the original recipe and the foil tops !!

    Poor container design change.

    The taste of the International Delight French Vanilla is very good but the reason for the low rating is strictly resulting from the pull tab that you recently started using on the 32 ounce bottles. It is very hard to open and consistently makes a mess all over the counter and down the bottle. Some stores are still selling the bottle with the foil protection on the bottle while other stores sell the creamers with the pull tab. The pull tab isn't an improvement in the container design for the product.

    Long time customer disappointed

    So disappointed in the new recipe. This has been my favorite and go to creamer for years. I thought the bottle I bought had the wrong product in it (sugar or fat free) so I bought another. Smaller bottle. This was just as bad if not worse. Sad my favorite creamer is no longer available.

    I’m writing to provide feedback about your French Vanilla and Caramel Macchiato coffee creamers. I have been purchasing these creamers for quite some time and have always enjoyed the taste and creamy consistency. However, recently I’ve noticed a significant difference in both products. They seem much more watered down and noticeably thinner, and the flavor is not nearly as rich or flavorful as it used to be. The fact that I’m experiencing the same difference with both the French Vanilla and Caramel Macchiato makes me concerned that the formula or manufacturing process may have changed. Could you please let me know if there has been a recent change to the ingredients, recipe, or manufacturing process for either of these products? If there has not been a change, I would appreciate it if you could investigate whether there may be an issue with recent batches. I would really like to continue purchasing International Delight, but the recent change in taste and consistency has been disappointing.     Change not always good

    This negative rating has nothing to do with taste or quality of the creamer itself. That's superior. The reason for the 2 stars is due to the pull tab that you recently started using on the 32 ounce bottles. It is extremely hard to open and today I got showered with creamer trying to open a new bottle. That is unacceptable. There are people who deal with arthritis who won't be able to open them at all. Please improvise how you seal these bottles ASAP.

    A little goes a long way

    This is a classic for any coffee lover who likes a little sweetness to it. Can’t go wrong with French vanilla! This is easy to go overboard with, so you have to go slow or you can pour way too much.
