Changing the coldstone to just sweet and creamy was bad enough. This new inner seal is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t just pull off easily, to open it you have to pull so hard that when it “gives” you end up with creamer spilled all over. The foil was a better seal.
Package leaking, sticky mess. Flavor is okay.

Not my favorite flavor after this try. Also, the package came with at least one single use creamer punctured which leaked allllllll over the rest of them. Sticky mess!

Bought the big bottle and opened it this morning and it’s was chunky around rim and when poured after shaken it still super chunky inside. This isn’t the first bottle I’ve bought like this, probably around the 4th or 5th over the span on a few years. I won’t be buying anymore. This is probably the worst creamer on the market now. Going to be switching brands and not trying to buy this ever again hoping it’s better. So disappointing.

I love the vanilla. I buy the small size at my local garage and drink it every day in my 9 coffees. Id give it 5 normally. But look, you've recently released your "touch of Vanilla" in the small size and discontinued the French vanilla here in canada. I want to be clear, this idea is absolutely idiotic. You're trying to get people to pay for water. Do you think people are stupid? I would absolutely fire the mental midget who came up with this idea.

I hate the new flavor of Sweet Cream! It’s fake and feels like it’s full of preservatives! I stopped buying it when I noticed a flavor change. Then yesterday (5/10/25) I decided to try it again. And it’s a nope! I’m dumping it out and going back to Coffee Mate Sweet Cream. I do like you changed the opening though. Much easier to open now.

Have used it for a long time but may have to switch to another brand as they changed the opening to a pull off cap instead of the paper cover.Old hands with arthritis can't pull off that opening with that ring.The other I could use my teeth to pull off the top.Why change what has worked for years????

Ever since the company got bought by Danone, the hijinx and gaslighting hasn't stopped (gross rotten expired product bottled up with a "good" sell by date, brown slime, etc etc.) It truly sucks. ID FV used to be the highlight of my day. Yesterday the lady on the phone basically acted like I was imagining the drastic watering down, no vanilla whatsoever smells like elmers glue chemical sh show that they bottled up in the "new" bottle. It's so disgusting. it tastes cheap like that gmo garbage coffeemate. yuk. Now I'm completely out of french vanilla creamer options because I've tried them all even making my own. They changed the recipe obviously to save money and took down a legend of a creamer. The only good things is I'll prob lose weight not drinking oil everyday. Mmmm nope ID. Mmmmm bye.

Whyyyyy did you change the inside lid????? I had hard enough time opening the foil seal. Everytime 8 open the new loop hole seal, it goes everywhere. I'm going to had to discontinue using it. Bad move on the companies decisionsl.

This creamer surprised me. I was skeptical. It wasn't too sweet in my opinion. If it is for you then I would just use less, maybe mix it with some unsweetened cream. It definitely tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. If you want your coffee to taste like that then I would highly recommend.
