Will never compare to our beloved Cold Stone creamer. Every time I buy this I hope I'll see the original on the shelf, and every time I'm disappointed. Why does it taste like this, why did you have to take good one away, questions I fear will never be answered.

It’s really disappointing that you use a sugar substitute in this product. And at least if you’re going to do that, you should put it somewhere on the label in someway shape or form because there’s a lot of people that have sensitivity to that sort of compound like myself. Seems to be purposely hidden in plain sight.

I love this flavor Sweet & Creamy I would always buy 2-3 64 oz bottles at a time it lasted a long time exp. date and sometimes hard to find in stores. I haven’t been able to find this flavor in the 64 oz bottles for several months now. I haven’t tried other flavors but nothing compares to the of this one.

The new top design is terrible. My wife can't open the new safety top design. I opened the top and very difficult and creamer went every. Inless you go back to the other design I will buy another brand.

I have went to two different stores now to get your coffee creamer and both times they are clumpy. I have pictures of the clumps in my coffee. I normally have no issue with your creamers but the past two times I have. Please fix this problem. So far the ones with the clumps in them have been the Hazelnut and the Southern Pecan.

My family and I love this creamer. We use it everyday. I buy at least a half gallon every week. The only complaint I have is, I need this in a sugar free version. My father and I are diabetic and we can't find any creamer that tastes as good as this one. I don't want to be without my creamer, so please make a sugar free of this flavor.

We started trying different creamers a few years ago just to experiment and when we stumbled upon Sweet and Creamy, it became a household staple. I know it has to be EXTREMELY unhealthy, but very good with just it and black coffee.
This creamer is not the same, what a shame.

Myself and my husband my son and my 90 year old Mom are so unhappy with this creamer we are done with it, colored water and I’m not sure what else is added. This is not good! We will not recommend this creamer! The mark up is ridiculous as well!

Sadly, after hearing of the bitter divorce between Cold Stone and international delight, I met with ID's new pal. After the meeting, I feel the only thing to do is drop everything go to Cold Stone creamery order a gallon of just a sweet cream ice cream and use it for coffee creamer for the rest of your life. Whatever international delight did to make Cold Stone creamery run to the hills ,was Major. I doubt that they would ever reconcile their marriage ever again.

Recent purchases of hazelnut creamer have no hazelnut taste. I thought I lost my taste. But, 2 friends who bought the creamer said the same thing. It I have been using this product for over 10 years, but now it tastes only like sweet cream.

Your ingredients are so much “cleaner” than all of the other coffee creamers out there. Except, I have read bad reports on carrageenan and of course sucralose is very bad. If we want sucralose we will buy sugar-free. If you care about your customers health at all, why don’t you continue to do better by removing more bad ingredients and fortifying your creamers with Calcium and Vitamin D. Even with all the bad ingredients I believe it is the best one out there for people who are lactose intolerant.

I don’t drink, hot coffee. I drink iced coffee and I think it taste fantastic. No sugar needed. It’s perfect.
