Not what it used to be
The new formula is so watery and has such a sweet chemical taste that I can no longer use it. I had been using this creamer for 30 years but unfortunately, I will have to find a different product because I can no longer deal with the horrible aftertaste

i LOVE this creamer but they changed the seal and the lid and it is TERRIBLE, it's SO hard to open and when you can get it open it explodes everywhere!! really big mistake changing the lid/seal, what were they even thinking?!? i really hope they fix it...seriously, please fix it, so i don't have to find a new creamer...this is my favourite creamer but that lid/seal is NOT worth the waste and the mess it makes!!

When you go to the store, you have to always make sure you open it up and make sure the seal is not broken because we bought it and my son shook it and it was liquid coming out of it. It was sticky from the beginning so we had to throw it out. We called Customer Service. They were beautiful. They helped us out, but we just had to buy a new one just to replace it Always be careful and make sure all the seals are sealed.

New bottle caused me injury
I loved this creamer. Hazelnut and Vanilla were my favorites. But this new bottle with the plastic pull top was nearly impossible to open and when it finally came loose there was creamer all over my counter, hand, and floor. And I was bleeding because the stupid thing cut my finger. Once I got all that cleaned up and myself bandaged I went to pour it into my coffee only to discover how flimsy the bottle was now. It was bending in the middle and causing me to squeeze it potentially making another mess. I had to use two hands to pour it. What. The. Hell! Your new bottle is garbage and I'm going to switch creamer because I refuse to deal with this mess every time.
