    Ignorance

    Check your employees who pack your products. I ordered 6 items which fit perfectly in the box that they were shipped in. The genius packer, however, chose to ship them in 2 boxes so they have plenty room to bounce around & break into pieces. No shipping materials for cushioning, of course. I actually rearranged all 6 in one box & they fit perfectly, no padding even required. Thanks for the nicotine lozenge pieces. Nice work!

    Product I really but this is the third time I ordered on line to pick up in the store. I ordered 4 boxes and when I got home they had given me 2 two mg boxes and 2 four mg boxes. I ordered 4 of the 2 mg. If you order these make sure you check the bag before you leave the store.

    Awful change

    These used to taste good and they really helped. They have recently changed and are disgusting. I can't keep it in my mouth because they are now slimy and gross. They coat my mouth and taste awful like artificial sweetener. So disappointed!
