Decent Quality For the Price
For the price this entry bench cannot be beat. We needed a small piece to hang coats and sit and put on shoes. This fit the bill. We have had no problems with quality thus far, but it has only been a couple weeks. It was easy to put together as well. Overall, a good value.

Great quality for the price, solid wood and looks amazing on our entrance. We set it up with a small end table and it adds elegance to our front entrance.

Piece of junk
What a piece of junk! We've had it for 2 weeks and have opened the bench a few times per day since we have built it and both sides completely fell apart..the hinges and the screws both got stripped just from normal use for 2 weeks..utterly disappointed

Real wood material
Was surprised to find out that this unit is made using real wood. I thought it would be inexpensive particle board, but it is not. Easy to assemble and very good product for the price.

Beautiful piece of furniture
It took some time to assemble but everything went smoothly. I have already gotten several compliments on it and I just finished it the other day. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something very functional and not wanting to spend money on a super pricey piece of furniture.

Cheap looking and low quality
Took three hours to put together, missing hardware, wood split, imperfections everywhere. Low quality product. Looks very cheap.

Hall Tree one issue
Directions could have been better. No words,just pictures. Went together just fine until the last step. The cam locks that hold the back to the bench are made very cheap and the both front posts were off location (to far forward and to deep). Since they keep the back from falling over, I would think they would make sure if anything was correct, they would be correct. Other then that it went together OK. No scratches, all parts were there.

It's not bad for the price

Not able to put together. Had to return
This item had a great look that I was going for in my small space. However, the manufacturer did not drill the holes properly to fit the piece together. We took it back to our local target store and purchased one from somewhere else.

Entryway Mission Tree
Was previous pre-packaging damage - arrived damaged however not packaging/box. The MDF lattice split by the crossbar within the 3rd layer of stacked pieces. Another piece was damaged with a deep bruise in the wooden overhead decorative piece. RETURNED for refund.
