Although they are small in size, this version, the super plus is meant to absorb heavy flow menstrual blood and for me have proven to be leak proof. The applicator is easy to use and the directions on the box are straightforward if you need any help.

It clicks out easily and works well. The only thing I think that could improve would be the packaging. The plastic it comes in was difficult to tear open compared to other tampons I’ve used.
