Do not refreeze if thawed. Do not microwave. ThawCold Water – Place sealed vacuum pouch in water for 30 minutes until completely thawed, then immediately remove from pouch. If not using immediately, remove fish from pouch before storing in refrigerator.Refrigerator – For food safety, remove fillets from all packaging. Place in a rimmed dish. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours.Skillet1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over MEDIUM heat.2. Pat thawed fillet dry with paper towel. Season as desired. Place in skillet.3.
