Brennan Entryway Wall Mounted Coat Rack - Crosley

There's no way that we will place the shelf in our home until the smell goes away. We opened the shipping box and were overwhelmed by the awful smell. It's in our garage to air out.

The finished product is beautiful and very functional; however, it is bit difficult to put together.

Bought this item for my son for Christmas! He had requested a coat rack with bins for storage. I was a little nervous about the size! But it looks great once it’s up on the wall! My son is very happy with it and I feel it was a good purchase!

Really disappointed. It's not very safe to hang on the wall. Wish I could return it.

I have been searching for a while for something that does what this does. The material is heavy - I wasn't expecting that. I bought the white, although it's not WHITE white. Doesn't quite match my Dover White trim. But I still like it. The spot we wanted it to go on the wall only has one stud in the center, so we made a french cleat. Now it's supported by three studs. The details don't state, but it does come with a french cleat. It doesn't run the whole width of the unit, so it wasn't going to serve our purpose. I didn't realize the cubbies weren't all the same size. The one in the center is bigger. I searched high and low for baskets to fit - no luck. Know what fits perfectly, though? Those photo storage boxes. We bought two for each cubby. Overall, pleased with the purchase. I had a Target coupon (email) and used Ebates or MrRebates, oh, and I think it was also on sale, so I felt like I got a good price.

Nice piece. Seems solid and well made. But the plastic wall anchors that were included were very cheap and did not hold up well. I had to go out and buy metal wall anchors and rehang the shelf which meant drilling new holes. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time using the plastic ones!

Just finished putting it together, the paint was flaking off a bit with moving it around and assembling it, but no major impressions. Super heavy. I'm going to need help lifting it to get it on the wall.

Bought coat rack along with bench and the como is perfect for entryway. I bought separate pieces rather than the set because I like the bench better. Easy to assemble. My only complaint is the predrilled holes for the 3 hooks are a little crooked so the hooks don't hang straight

Ordered shelf thinking for the $ that it would come assembled. It did not. It came in many pieces in a large box. Would have been just as easy for shelf to have been shipped assembled.

Since there was only 1 review (a one star rating) I searched the internet by the product name and as I expected there were many RAVE reviews about this piece on other sites - where this unit is being sold for more $$. Shipping was super quick (received in under a week) and I was able to put it together by myself in less than an hour. Very sturdy, well-designed unit - if you follow the directions. Waiting for my husband to help hang it, but am VERY pleased with this Target purchase!

I was very excited about this but upon building, there were pieces that were so thin and cheap, the "wood" split when building and now it looks pretty damaged.
