The texture is smooth, and it spreads easily, which makes it great for sushi, sandwiches, fries, or even as a dipping sauce. What I like most is that the spice level adds a nice kick but still lets the flavor of the mayo come through. It's flavorful without being too heavy or too salty. Overall, it's a great condiment to have in the fridge if you like a little heat with your food. I'll definitely keep buying it!

Delicious! I’m gluten free so this was perfect for me to enjoy at home when I’m in the mood for something sushi. I’ve made sushi cups and some simple cucumber salads recipes that came out bomb! I love pairing it with the kewpie mayo which is also gluten free. Love it!

My eggs don't know what hit them! The mayo tones down the Sriracha but also elevates this as a sauce to put on everything.

It's not good mayo, doesn't have any sriracha flavor, and is crazy expensive. I usually mix my own mayo and sriracha together, but I figured I could get away with being lazy and buy this. Don't waste your money.

I tried this on fried egg sandwiches and chicken patty sandwiches and it is the perfect balance of both Sriracha and mayo. Easy to apply and tastes great! Will repurchase once this bottle runs out!

Now I'm not one for spicy or heat. They're an automatic assault to my tongue and palate. That being said, I'm not above at least tasting something spicy/hot to see if I can tolerate it.
