Will Not Buy Again!
I was hoping for a smooth, spicy condiment, but this bottle was a major letdown. The second I opened it, there was a harsh, artificial smell—nothing like the creamy, tangy sriracha aroma you'd expect. The taste matched the odor: synthetic, metallic, and completely unpalatable. Shortly after trying a small amount, I developed a dull ache in my stomach and felt deeply nauseous for hours afterward. Whether it was a defective batch or an extreme preservative heavy recipe, it tasted like chemicals and left me feeling genuinely unwell. I will definitely not be purchasing this again.

Delicious! I’m gluten free so this was perfect for me to enjoy at home when I’m in the mood for something sushi. I’ve made sushi cups and some simple cucumber salads recipes that came out bomb! I love pairing it with the kewpie mayo which is also gluten free. Love it!

Wish it was spicier, but creamy and good

Bad mayo, bad sriracha
It's not good mayo, doesn't have any sriracha flavor, and is crazy expensive. I usually mix my own mayo and sriracha together, but I figured I could get away with being lazy and buy this. Don't waste your money.
