I wasn’t expecting high quality, and was still disappointed. For the price you can get a better mat.
Because it folds, it never lies flat. It also is more narrow than a standard yoga mat. However I purchased it because my 6 year old really wanted a yoga mat to copy me when doing yoga, so it is more than adequate for that purpose. I can’t imagine an adult using this - much too narrow.
