Great alternative to pork sausage patties!
I was nervous about trying anything that’s fully cooked from the freezer section. I was also nervous about trying a chicken sausage patty over a pork sausage patty. I’m happy to report that these are very good! I eat them in a sausage and egg sandwich on whole wheat English muffins. They’re super filling and will hold you over until lunch! They’re also very quick to cook! I wouldn’t recommend the microwave though. That’s what’s going to make them rubbery. Do the little bit of extra effort and throw them in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.

Paper Thin Sausage patties
They are so thin now and look already toasted. Use to buy these all the time but they changed the taste quality and THIN sausage patty. I tried it again recently thinking maybe was bad batch was the same paper thin sausage patty. I returned them. Not the same quality.

So disappointed
I loved these sausages for my son but now I am so sad and disappointed because my last couple of packs I have found FEATHERS in the chicken sausage. I have no words. I'm absolutely not feeding this to my young son. I also found bones in two packs before this. I should have just stopped using their product after the bones.

Delicious. Perfect lightly spice kicked savory country sausage (and a touch of sweetness for those of you who enjoy the subtle taste of maple syrup). I personally love the combo, and these are a fast and easy way to get a little more protein on your breakfast plate. I’ve used as a side or make English muffin or brioche brunch sandos too. Great product. As for the feather comments, whether mechanically separated or done by hand, making sausage is not a pretty process. Quill and or feather bits are extremely common on fresh processed chicken and if you haven’t seen them on poultry, you haven’t looked very closely. Anyone who loves the law or sausages should never watch either being made.
