The perfect cab
I love this wine by Hess. It’s a step up from the also lovely Hess Select Cabernet. This wine gives dark berries and juicy fruit characteristics. It’s not too tannic and drinks ultra smooth. Will definitely buy again.

Best value Napa cab
This Napa cab by Hess consistently over delivers on value. The cab is dry, bold and nuanced with bing cherries, red plums on the noise and palate and with confident toasty oak profile. This is by far my go to cab for dinner parties and such. Enjoy.

Best Value for Napa Cab!
When my wife and I entertain, we make Allomi our go-to. It's been our top Napa Cab for the past couple of years, because it over delivers for the price. I don't think too many people know that "Allomi" is a Single Estate. Most Napa Cabs at this price are broadly sourced from the Napa Valley.

Fantastic Quality to Value!
Fantastic Cabernet that pairs extremely well with steak, but also has a soft enough tannin structure it can be enjoyed on its own. It's also rather difficult nowadays to find a consistent Napa Cab that's under $50. Highly recommend!

Awesome Napa Cabernet
