I bought this recliner for my elderly father . I like it so much I’m ordering one for myself !

Very nice chair. Material is stylish and comfortable. Lift mechanism works perfectly. The fact that the back and footrest have independent controls is a plus. Only complaint, if any, is that the footrest is a little short.

This has made it so much easier for my dad to be able to get up.

I love my new recliner. It matches my existing furniture and it is very comfortable.

It gets the job done. But with that being said. The leg rest only goes as high as the seat. So you don't get a true reclining position. The back doesn't go back as far as I would like. I bought this chair to sleep in after major surgery I have coming up. So I was hoping it would go back further. As for as the length of the foot rest it's very short. I'm only 5'3" and my feet hang off the end from my ankles down. I don't see how this would be comfortable for a taller person. Speaking of comfort it's VERY FIRM. Some ppl may like that. it definitely not to hard to assemble. The hardest part was lining up the tabs on the back. 2 ppl were needed for that. Just because of the awkward position trying to see the tabs and holding it in place at the same time.

Unfortunately we had to return it. I overlooked some of the features we needed for my husband

I already have 2 Ashley power lift recliner chairs. The chairs are very comfortable and durable. I am extremely pleased and would recommend the chairs to everyone. The USB port on the remote on the chair I recently purchased was a great upgrade.

No back support, short leg lift and very uncomfortable sitting position. Plus they won’t let me return it because I did not keep the box.

We purchased this chair for my 94 y.o. father. He has lower extremity edema and shortness of breath. The dual motors allow independent back and leg positions. However, the legs do not raise high enough to put his legs above his bottom, let alone his heart, as he can’t put head down due to SOB. Also, his feet aren’t supported and he’s only 5’7”. So we still have to use pillows and a chair at feet to accomplish this. It does provide the lift to get out of the chair easily.

Quiet, sturdy, good quality foot rest needs improvement armrest could be more plush/ higher

The remote has separate controls of the top and bottom, the back will lay completely back. The seat is very disappointing it is fine helping you to stand up but when lifted it only comes up almost even with the seat. I am only 5'6" and it is not comfortable because the bottom should lift higher like most!

The Ernestine Power Lift Recliner is a God send. It is the perfect size and it is just sturdy enough. It reclines perfectly and the legs lift up just write. The Ernestine Power Lift Recliner lifts up to to perfect height. We got this chair for my 80 year old father who passed away on the morning of 6/29/2022 at 11:00am. He never got to use his new Recliner because Handy didn't come to put it together until 5:00pm on 6/29/2022. But never fear; he will enjoy his new Recliner from heaven and the family will use it in his memory!!!!!!

The chair is well-built. But the cushion that you sit on is hard. My husband is 78 and had to add two pillows to sit on it was so hard. I bought it for him as a gift for his birthday and I did not want the hassle of returning it. I am disappointed in the chair. Susie Jackson

It’s too hard to seat on I get up soar. Most of the time I laid on the sofa to watch TV. The only thing I like about it. It helps me to get up. Suppose to be comfortable with the sitting area soft, witch is not.

Need a panel on the arm of chair with buttons built in, as remote falls to the floor.

I hate it!! Can’t use it because it is so uncomfortable. Great salesman and delivery people… but the chair is not like the one I sat on in the store. ;-(.

Bought it for our Dad for his 91st birthday! He loves it!! He says its very comfortable!

Excellent chair. Very quiet and responsive. Comfortable and high enough to make getting into it easy. It is a firm chair but that is my preference

Unable to get a satisfactory picture. I am delighted with Ernestine! The only complaint I have is that the foot rest is too short. Yes, I would and have recommended Ashley to my friends.
