Place insole into shoe to test for size.

STEP 4
Insert insole into shoe GEL SIDE DOWN.
Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear

I wondered how they would fit before arriving, but you are able to trim for any shoe size you wear. I had to trip a size down from the shoe size I wear so they didn’t bunch at the toe. Very good overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried the Dr Scholls Gel Insoles and they are very comfortable. I had to cut them with scissors to fit the shape of my shoe. I used the original insole to get the approximate fit for the gel insole. Once I put in the shoe with the new insole it felt softer and comfortable. I would use this again on another pair of shoes.

Product helps keep my steps stable and comfortable. This also is a great aid in keeping my balance correct. Instead of a wobbly stride, I have a sturdy one and without fear of falling. No need to use a cane for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one nice thing about these is the fact that they have lines on the inserts that allow you to cut in shape them accordingly for your specific shoe size. Once they’re in there, they do supply a better support and overall structure for your feet. The one thing that I find is because the soul is Taller than the front portion. I do kind of find myself feeling like the backside of my shoe feels a little smaller. It’s not necessarily a bad thing. This could be an easy way if you’re a shorter person to gain maybe another half an inch in height. I’m already 6 foot four. I really don’t need any more height. Ha ha so to me it felt a little off. Maybe if the insert was designed in a way where the front was just as thick as the back but with this one, it kind of makes you lean more towards the front of your foot Like it’s pushing your momentum forward. So these might make for decent insert for somebody who walks a lot or is a runner. I tried putting these in my golf shoes and walking around in them and I’m gonna go play around with them today in my shoes.. I’ll give an update after I’m done. Overall, they’re pretty comfortable and do exactly what they’re intended purpose is.

As far as durability I've been using them every weekend and there are no signs of irregular wear. For the price I think they are great although they have almost no arch support.
