Yes it is very good has a good portion nicely packaged with lots of vegetables it tastes just as good as going out to eat but better for you . And you can store it in the container for left overs.

I recently tried the Healthy Choice Beef & Broccoli meal, and overall I would give it three stars. For a frozen entree, the quality of the ingredients was fairly good, and some parts really stood out. The bed was tender and had a great taste, which is not always the case with frozen meals. It wasn’t thy or overly chewy, and it made the dish feel more satisfying. The brow rice and broccoli were also cooked perfectly. The rice had a god texture and wasn’t overly mushy, while the broccoli stayed firm without being overcooked. Together, they created a balanced and filling base for the meal. However, the biggest downside for me was the sauce. While it coasts everything evenly, I found it is be fairly tasteless and lacking the bold, savory flavor I expect from a beef and broccoli dish. Because of that, the meal felt a bit bland overall. If I bought it again, I would likely add my own sauce to boost the flor. Of course, doing that would increase the carbs and possibly the sodium, which takes away from some of the health appeal. Still, it is a decent option with a few improvements needed.

One of the best selections of microwavable lunch options in my opinion. Delicious and filling - beef is tender, rice is perfect texture, and the broccoli tastes fresh, all with a delicious sauce and generous serving for a great price. thank you healthy choice, for making healthy choices simple!

Absolutely love this meal! The beef is tender, the broccoli is fresh, and the sauce is delicious. Perfect portion for a satisfying lunch or dinner. This is my new favorite frozen meal!

This is one of my lunch time staples. It cooks in the microwave amazingly and doesn’t leave that weird frozen meal texture. I love that this has 16g of protein which helps me reach my protein goals easily!

My favorite healthy lunch option. The proportions are adequate, the fact you don’t need any extra dishes is convenient, and the taste and freshness are always solid!

I thought it was pretty good for a microwave meal, no foul smells and very fresh. Easy to open, easy to follow directions, and tasty broccoli and chicken.

How can they call this healthy when this meal is loaded with sugar !?!? This tastes more like a dessert than an entrée! I will never buy these meals again.

The HC Simply Steamers Beef & Broccoli consisted overwhelmingly of rice, with very little (and tiny bits, at that!) in the way of either beef, or broccoli--this is unacceptable, but even more so as the actual food contrasts with the picture on the front of the box, that shows a generous amount of both beef slices and broccoli! I think this is deceptive advertising on your part, am very disappointed and will NOT purchase this again.

I eat several of the Healthy Choice meals, and this one is very good. Highly recommend! It doesn't take long to prepare. Quick, easy, and tasty! Fair price as well.

The sauce was thin and tasted like water.

Whenever they use fake photos for products there should be some sort of consequence. False advertising. Not at all what it looks like. The meat was so tiny it kind of looks already chewed. And the sauce just makes it all watery. Not good.

Honestly, really simple clean and delicious! Nothing artificial about the beef, which can be concerning sometimes. It was really natural tasting. I left the plastic on top so it would hold the moisture and I left it for four minutes and 50 seconds. The recommendation is anywhere between 4 1/2 and 5 minutes.

This is actually the worst food I have ever put in my mouth. Anybody who likes it also enjoys the taste of your broccoli and rice tasting like burnt bacon.

I usually don’t like prepared meals but this meal was amazing!! It was exactly what I needed while I work from home when I don’t have time to make food. The ingredients are super healthy and amazing for you! I loved the sauce in this bowl as well!! Cooking it was super easy and the packaging made it even easier with easy to read instructions. 10/10!!

It has to be one of the worst food i ever tasted in my life, i bought this one and the alfredo for the first time and it almost sent me to heaven like genuinely, do not recommend it's all watery and soggy and taste terrible like sell it for free at this point
