Carousels, hot air balloons and painted rainbows make this fun children's design come to life. Carnival Toile repeat is 20.5 inches. This border can be stacked with a seamless repeat to create a thicker stripe or evenly spaced to create a customized look. Product works best when applied to surfaces that have been painted with a satin or semi-gloss finish. Applications on flat paints and textured surfaces are not recommended. One roll will cover approximately 7.5 sq. ft. Made in the U.S.A.
