Colored hair BEWARE!

I used to have great results with Dove but whatever changes they have made lately is thoroughly destroying my hair. Unfortunately, within 2 uses my (black) color was stripped, my hair became VERY brittle, insanely frizzy when I've NEVER had that problem before, & then to top it off my hair is falling out in handfuls! I'll NEVER use a Dove product again. It has completely destroyed my Beautiful hair!

Overpowering scent

I washed my hair one time and my entire bathroom was filled with this set’s artificial, chemical scent. I have since washed it four times with my old shampoo/conditioner and I still can’t get this smell out of my hair. It’s bothered everyone in my household.

Itchy hair beware

It doesn’t work I used the entire bottle to give it a try but it made my hair frizzy . Also tried the coconut hydration one and that one was even worse ,it made my hair itchy for days and it doesn’t smell like coconut at all the scent is unusual not a good scent so it ended up in the trash I wouldn’t recommend it

everyday use

the shampoo might be heavy for greasy hair, the conditioner gets the job done for daily use but when hair needs extra love it's not the most moisturizing so I follow up with a deep conditioner from the same brand. I'm not a fan of the scent but I would recommend this line to anyone looking for a a good every day shampoo and conditioner. you don't get a lot in the bottles though

From the minute I put this product on my hair in the shower, I knew I was in for a freaking mess. My hair was SO dry, I could hardly get a brush through it and had to stop blow drying it after 5 minutes because it was so gummy and tangled. The texture was horrid. I wish I could give it zero stars, only good thing was it smelt nice.

Sickly strong scent

This is the most strongly scented shampoo and conditioner I've ever tried, it is awful. Sickly sweet to the point of making me queasy. Smelled up the whole house when I showered, my sweater, my car. It didn't fade at all, and that night I had to wash my hair twice to get it all out.
