Using this for years
I've been using this product for years. I've tried other shampoos, and non-compared. I love that it's sulfate free, fragrance free, and keeps my hair soft and shiny. Even with long hair, it doesn't dry me out. I just wish they had their large sizes still!

Best shampoo and conditioner for damages hair!
I have bleach damaged long hair, this is the only shampoo and conditioner that have helped my hair detangle and not be weighed down. I noticed it isn’t in stock in stores anymore and was disappointed. Unsure if the product has changed along with the new label, I will have to order it and have it shipped now which isn’t as easy but it is worth it as long as I’m getting the same product.

Do not use this product
I switched from my usual shampoo and conditioner brand to this brand because of the more natural ingredients that I THOUGHT would be better for my hair health. After using this product for a few weeks it completely dried my hair and my hair was very rough and not as smooth anymore. Disappointed but lesson learned and will not be using this ever again. Take my advice and don’t trust this brand just because of the “natural” ingredients.

New bottle, different formula. Time will tell.
Be advised, when they change the bottle they changed the formula. It's not the same. They cave to all the people complaining about the lather. Which was not an issue if you know how to wash your hair. It's too soon to tell if it's going to have a negative effect on my hair, but more lather usually means less natural. Be advised it's different and if you have allergies you need to pay attention.

Half a bottle per wash
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Basically need half a bottle just to cover my hair. And I’m a guy. There is no suds and it just gets in the hair and sticks like conditioner. So disappointing because I’ve been getting this shampoo for awhile. Waste of money

Not my favorite

This smelled better than the murmuru & rose to me. It lathers up fairly well and rinsed out easy. But it leaves my hair looking so terrible, frizzy, dry and feeling really rough and stripped.

The consistency is good. Shampoo was foaming easily, even I have a thick hairs and it is not easy foaming from the first attempt. This surprised me.
