Original hard case version
While some people think the hard case version is good, I don’t like the silly putty version. You keep squeezing it, but the lint and earwax prevent the ear plugs from lasting long.

Used them on my 4 month old at a party with music and she seemed very comfortable with them, they definitely stayed on throughout the night. You have to mold the correct amount for their little ears and it sticks. They’re not too sticky though like other reviews mention.

Having used similar earplugs to get to sleep these ones just don’t work. It’s a bit more slippery so than rough surface so somehow there’s gaps. Even when they’re snuggly in maybe it’s the wrong shape but if I apply a little pressure they work… but can’t do that all night.

These are not great. Target used to carry a different brand that had better adhesion and would create a better seal around the ear hole. These stick and unstick and the second water hits, the stop working.

DO NOT BUY THESE, esp if yr kids have long hair or curls. They got stuck in both of my children’s hair and I tried everything to get it out, and ended up having to cut them out. I wish I could give these zero stars

Ehh, they work, but the case is flimsy at best, trash at worst.
If you’re looking to drown out noise in order to sleep, these work, and they’re smaller than the adult ones, perfect for a normal sized ear. The only downside is that they used to come in a hard plastic case, which snapped shut. Now, they’re packaged in a soft plastic which doesn’t snap, it presses in, so you can damage the plugs before you even wear them. Clearly a cost cutting measure, they should decrease the price to reflex the quality drop. I can’t believe they’d so obviously cheap out.

They work
I’m an adult with tiny ears, so the foam earplugs made for adults leave my ears aching by the morning. These earplugs don’t hurt my ears at all. They do sometimes require that I pull them out, reroll them in my palm, and press them into my ear in just the right way to properly shut out the noise, but when I do it blocks out my husband’s snoring fairly well. They actually work so well that I can’t even hear the sound machine. I used to think it would be hard to sleep in complete silence, but… not anymore. I’ve been using these for years.

These worked great for fireworks but one of them got horribly stuck in our five year old’s hair and we ended up having to cut it out. Make sure an adult helps with putting them in and removing them!

Used these to protect my 8 month olds ears from fireworks booms. Works great. Just knead it a bit and place over the ear. He slept right through the noise. It does fall out after a bit so I had to check it and readjust occasionally but better than being stuck in there. Adults can use it too.

Perfect for the summer! We used these for my son all summer long, as he recently had tubes put in his ears. You do have to make sure they’re inserted correctly, and if they get loose , you will have to dry the ear thoroughly before you put them back in. But these are such a great value and my son had no issue having these in. He has some sensory issues so I was glad these fit him great and allowed us to have a fight free summer whenever we went swimming
