Q: It says not to use these if you have ear tubes.. mine are due to fall out anytime (they naturally do that) was wondering if anyone else with ear tubes have used this with no issues. I understand they have to state things like that for liability reasons
A: If you have ear tubes and are considering using ear drops, we strongly recommend checking with your doctor first. Certain ear drops may not be appropriate depending on your specific situation, and your healthcare provider can guide you to the safest option. Your health and safety are our top priorities.

Q: Will this work on my small dog, a yorkie who suffers with ear pain from his allergies? I can't keep going back to the Vet for a prescription.
A: Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that your dog is suffering with symptoms of allergies. Unfortunately, as a homeopathic manufacture, we only produce products for humans, so Hyland’s cannot offer advice about using our products on animals. Q: My package doesn't have an expiration date. How long does this product remain safe and effective?
A: There is no expiration date on Hyland's Earache Drops. In the U.S., the FDA has exempted homeopathic manufacturers from putting expiration dates on their product labels. While nothing lasts indefinitely, homeopathic medicines are good for many years when stored under normal conditions (away from moisture and excessive heat or cold). If you notice the appearance of the medicine has changed, you should replace it. If you would like to know the date of manufacture please contact us with the 6 digit lot number, and we will provide that for you. If you have further questions, please feel free to call and speak with a member of Hyland's Customer Service Team at 800.624.9659. Hyland's Support Team
