Q: Once mixed is this as yummy as the premixed premier protein shakes?

submitted by Flyingspur - 4 years ago

  • A: Is this good for lactose intolerant people?

submitted byKizzen - 10 months ago

  • A: Well, it's "Whey Protein" which is derived from milk. But milk is made up of 80% casein and only 20% whey protein. So it depends which you are more sensitive to. It may not affact some people at all.

Great flavor and quality. Shakes made with this powder are so much better in flavor than the ready to drink bottled shakes are. Great meal replacement and have helped so much with weight Luis!

    Small amount inside jar

PSA: Read the container information carefully at the store. It is the same jar size as the other brand protein powder jar on the target shelf, but contains much less product inside a half empty jar. It felt light to carry home and after getting home and reading the fine print at bottom of jar, it confirmed that it contains about 10 oz less product inside than the other brand protein porder jar with more product for the same price. I feel that this is packaging/ display is misleading.
