These & the ham slices are my top two favorite slices!! They have so much flavor, we love them on sandwiches, rolled up with plant-based cream cheese, or just by the slice!

Buy big mountain tofu. It's made with fava beans. Then get poultry seasoning and vegetable broth, slice it and marinate it. This stuff has natural flavors which is usually from petroleum, a carcinogen. This stuff made me puke

These slices? They don’t just taste good. They show up, validate my feelings, pay my emotional rent, and then lovingly karate chop my taste buds with hickory-flavored passion. Like… who gave them the right?? I took one bite and immediately googled “how to legally marry a deli slice.” 👅 The flavor is so smoky, I checked my house for fire. 👅 Each slice tastes like a lumberjack gave you a warm hug and then disappeared into the mist. 👅 I eat these and suddenly I own flannel and have a deep sense of purpose. So good! Absolute favorite plant-based deli meat. It’s good in a sandwich or wherever you usually put deli meat obviously but I would happily eat it straight out of the package.

We buy this nearly every week and it makes delicious sandwiches! We put it on rye bread with mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, and onion or on whole wheat bread with srirracha mayo and assorted veggies. Delicious!
