    Q: I can open the injector at its base by twisting it but when I press it to my face nothing is emitted? When I shake the container liquid moves. What can I do to apply it to my face? Run it under hot water? Something else?

    • A: Hi there! Once you have twisted the base left into the "on" position, you need to press the base in towards the tube to start dispensing the product. If the product has never been opened before, you may need to press the base a little harder in order for the product to dispense from the tube to the opening.

      So, I keep trying other, cheaper versions of this, and every single time, I keep going back to this one! It is the only one truly effective. It doesn't totally take away all my lines, but it seems to reduce them, some more than others. Probably has to do with dynamic wrinkles vs. static wrinkles. I like how you can do precise application with this and it plays well with my other topicals.

      This is the best thing I’ve found for my eye area, but the packaging is SO wasteful (reason for only 4 stars), both the thick cardboard box it comes in and the excess plastic to make it look like a syringe. Looks like a toy for a 5-year-old. Just put it in a regular aluminum tube and be done.
