I purchased without reading the reviews. It’s hard to tell if anything is coming out off the roller ball. I used it on my face for 1 week. I didn’t notice any difference. I then used it on my neck and found the product was on the roller. My neck looked like it was burned, itching and tight. I went to the doctor and was told to use Camomile lotion. After two days the swelling has gone down and some of the redness is going away. Will never use on my neck again. Will read the reviews before purchasing anything else. 🥰

The formula of this is nice, and not irritating, but I have concerns about the cleanliness of using a rollerball. I have only used this on my freshly washed face and neck, and after 2 days there were brown spots on the rollerball.
Texture and scent were good just didn’t notice a difference in my skin.

Let's face it, once you hit your 60's there is no nirvana but, this product after having used it for a solid month definitely has improved my neck. Do Not expect it to work before then. It looks us a while to have these wrinkles, they won't go away in a week. Make sure you use all products that you should, it is never a do one for all. Take it from someone who has always taken care of their skin.

I saw this on TV and they were swiping it on skin everywhere. I love products in a stick format including makeup so bought this right away. I don’t tend to use drugstore brands for retinol but have revised my opinion. LOVE the ease of it and use it on neck and back of hands so far. It’s so convenient that regular use is assured. Did see some fairly immediate improvement on my hands and neck. Seems to be of a concentration that can be effective without discomfort often associated with Retinols. Have not experienced flaking of the packaging. Stocked up to have these in key locations for use.

I bought this item, determined it was not what I was looking for, sent it back to Target and Target refused the return, then when I escalated it they said they were unable to determine what was in the package. Literally only that item in a padded enveloope. Thanks Target for keeping my money because someone in your returns department cannot do their job. Super mad. So they kept the product and my money.
