Overall I like the feel of the product. I have only used it a couple of times. I can't get over how horrid it smells. It should either be completely fragrance free like other products or have a light smell.

I LOVE this product. The only complaint I have is that so much product is left behind once you’re getting to the end. The pump doesn’t get everything. I usually have to lay it on its side and use the straw attached to pump, “scoop” the rest out. Except today I learned the hard way that the straw isn’t plastic and a piece broke off while I was scooping and I went to apply and cut my face. Just wish they would improve packaging.

Ugh, I love the way my skin feels when I apply this. But after 3 days of use, I have woken up with whiteheads every morning. First two were in the corners of my nose, one was on my cheek, one was on my chin, and today… one above my one eyebrow. Whiteheads are not the type of acne I usually get when I do get breakouts, and the only thing I added to my skincare was this. As much as I love it in the moment and how moisturizing it is, this unfortunately just causes whiteheads for me. I hope one day they can do another version for acne prone skin, where this can’t happen. But for the time being, I’m going to just stop using it.

Ruined skin barrier
Trashed my skin barrier. Week one was fine, mid week eek two I noticed my skin getting dry and assumed it was just winter weather. By end of week two my entire face was dry, sensitive, painful and very enflamed. In the process of repairing my skin barrier ring now e it h a super basic routine. Maybe just too much for my skin. Twos tars because it mixes well with vit c serum and makeup etc, and texture is lovely.

Not safe for sensitive skin
I used this product about 2 years ago and it made my skin so soft and minimized texture. I bought it again recently and I don’t know if they reformulated it but now it breaks me out and damages my barrier. If you have sensitive skin I would not recommend this product.

didn't work for me
I was excited to try it after seeing it recommended so much online but I had to stop using it because it broke me out. I got a few whiteheads after using it. I didn't notice any changes in my skin when using it.
