I have been using this product for few months. I am 65 years old. Non greasy formula. Helps with puffiness. The only real problem is the amount of product left in the container after 'empty'. I just used a toothpick to remove about a 1/3 or more of the product left after the tube appears empty! Such a waste of product. I put that amount in a little container and have, I would say, about two weeks + left of balm!

I saw a bunch of mixed reviews on this and was hesitant to purchase but went for it. So far, no issue with skin redness or rash whatsoever. This actually helps my concealer from creasing as I apply before makeup. I have noticed less darkness under my eyes. Have only been using for a few days and hopeful for results!

Nice product but the packaging is not functional. I've had this less than two weeks and it will no longer advance out of the tube at all. Mine has a solid plastic bottom, not a removable sticker. I can knock it out of thw tube but then I just have a slimy tube of product that I will have to figure out some container for, I guess? $30 and a major selling point for me was being able to swipe it on without using my fingers, but that's a bust. Feels like a rip off.

At 73 yrs old, I love this product. Use it before I use my concealer and have found it helps with caking and smooths my under eyes out to look better.Helps with dark circles and puffiness, I would like to find a better concealer. I am very active and a "young" 73 yr old woman. I use many ROC products and love them all. I have seen visible changes.

I utilized this product for the recommended time and as directed but saw no changes afterwards. If anything my under eyes are darker now. Easy application just not the right formula for me.

The application of this product is so soft & creamy, like lipstick only much better. It softly glides onto your undereyes gently without any "pulling/tension". It is extremely gentle, like butter! I've seen improvement within a month and I am NOT an everyday cleaning...etc user. I'm trying to get into a routine and even without it, this product is working and I would recommend it.

I’ve bought 3 of these in less than a year and each time, after less than a month the package breaks in one or another. The first one it wouldn’t roll up or roll back down. I have to press it against a hard surface, but after several times of that, the product just wouldn’t come out and was stuck in one position. The second one after a week that package just didn’t work. It wouldn’t twist up or down, the t current one I have, I was being very careful and gentle with it, but then all of sudden, within a couple of months the tube won’t twist all the way down, basically it’s broken again. I will not be buying this again, what a waste of money.

I bought this after watching a video (I know, I know!). It really does provide a great layer of moisture and the waxiness prevents concealer from settling into fine lines (sole purpose for buying it)... But it's not so greasy that it messes up my eye makeup. Only knocking off a star b/c the price point seems a bit high given the amount of product. But I am very glad I bought it and will def. repurchase. Also, my skin is quite sensitive and I did not experience any irritation.
