A: Didn't work at all - used it for awhile saw no difference in my eye bags. Some days mine are puffy and sometimes almost swollen and it didn't do a thing for me.

A: I’d say 11+ is fine, but only if the puffiness is rlly bad. 11-13 years old have to be really careful while using this and use a very light amount.

Used for a few months now
it's hydrating I use it in my nighttime routine and swap for another in the morning bc it doesn't really de-puff and there's a very very slight different in brightening I do have pretty dark/baggy circles but I feel i could find results faster with something else if you already have great skin and just need a lil extra hydration it's good but not if you want real depuffing results I kept mine in a mini fridge the whole time and that's the only difference it made the coldness
