Hydrating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this was hydrating, i feel like it just doesn't always dry all the way down no matter how much you use. It always feels a little tacky. If you were going to wear makeup over it, I would assume this wouldn't be a problem.

Nice lotion
I like this eye cream. I have sensitive skin and I have had no issues with irritation or rashes. But they need to find a different bottle pump. Gone through 2 bottles and both pumps are horrible. One I had to return because the pump didn’t work. Second one it works half the time.

My HG eye cream
I developed extremely dry under eyes in my 30’s. I’ve tried my fair share of creams from drugstore to high end, and not one of them was able to adequately hydrate. As a result, my makeup has looked cakey in that area for years. I bought this on a whim when searching for a good milky toner, and I am shook! This eye cream is so so good. For once, my under eyes actually feel and look plump and hydrated. It sits beautifully under makeup, and doesn’t cause that cakey look. I was so floored that I purchased a second one immediately for fear of this being discontinued. It’s wild that this is so affordable and works so well!

Works but causes mild rash
Firstly, I do think it worked and made my under eyes look better. However, (I’ve gone through two rounds of attempting to use it), after a few days of use, I get a small, non-itchy rash underneath my eyes and on my cheeks. It doesn’t bother me but it looks odd and lasts for weeks - a product should definitely not do that. Also, so much comes out with one pump. You only ever need the tiniest amount.

Don't use this if you have sensitive skin!
Terrible product, gave me horrible rash under my eyes and cheeks that lasted over a week! So this is supposed to be a skin barrier building and hydrating brand - and this did not help me at all. It actually made me almost have to go to the dermatologist for treatment. Thank goodness for hydrocortisone.

I’m also in the process of integrating a retinol eye cream into my routine. This eye cream is very hydrating on its own, but this shines when it can complement a product. I will mix this with my retinol the cream and my under eyes have never looked better. For during the day, it’s great as a makeup prep step and doesn’t pill or get weird as well. For its price point it is a definite must try.
