Formula change or bad batch

first time i tried this I loved it! thick and creamy but lightweight. Just got my second order and its so thin, its purely liquid. Not a cream at all. Not sure if this is a formula change or if I just got a bad batch.

E.l.f Eye Cream

I purchased this as an intro into eye creams. I read the ingredients versus reviews. As a 30 something year old I am pleased. The cream applies smoothly and absorbs nicely into undereye area. Typically, I dab it in with the pad of my finger and allow drying time. It works well under my makeup. A little goes a long way so do not let the container fool you!

Great for morning makeup

This eye cream is great for applying before concealer as it hydrates the are around the eyes so the concealer wouldn’t look Cakey. It doesn’t have any scent so it doesn’t irritate the eyes but it makes them look smooth and natural.

Great eye cream

I love the texture of this eye cream. It hydrating without being heavy or thick. It’s light and glides on smoothly. It hydrates my eye area and does not irritate the delicate eye skin. The only thing that could change is maybe think about different packaging. For hygiene purposes not a huge fan of the tub. Sticking a finger in a jar. Could a pump Application be an option? One day the open jar fell off my counter and most of the product went all over the floor. I was so upset. Please consider alternative packaging. Thank you.

Great First Impression

Just received this product and tried it with instant satisfaction. It’s too early to tell if it will help with dark circles and/or fine lines, but my eye area was instantly softer, brighter, and smoother after just one application. Product is not sticky or greasy, just hydrating and gentle. Definitely recommend! Giving 4 Stars for now until I get more familiar with it.
