Cocokind's Ceramide Barrier Serum is specifically formulated with 5 types of ceramides and lipids that mimic and support skin’s natural barrier, helping skin recognize them more easily, this optimized serum nourishes and replenishes for healthy-looking skin. Ceramides, which are integral to skin barrier structure, are paired with complementary lipids, allowing them to be easily recognized and absorbed, along with ceramide precursors to promote skin’s natural ceramide production. Together they help reduce moisture loss and defend against external aggressors. Fatty acids add extra skin barrier support, while lactic acid gently renews skin helping ingredients sink in more easily. This serum helps reset and defend skin daily, making it ideal for all skin types and concerns.
Packaging uses plastic alternative such as FSC-certified paper, aluminum, steel, or glass with great potential to be widely circular for majority of product packaging. At least 50% of the packaging must use an alternative to plastic to qualify for this pillar.
Ceramide Barrier Serum is recognized by the National Eczema Association with the Seal of Acceptance.

A: Hi! We recommend using the ceramide barrier serum after hyaluronic acid, and before moisturizer. Allow to dry for 1-2 minutes before applying other products. We also recommend using SPF during the day.

However, feel free to use it on your body as well, as it also reduces trans-epidermal water loss and signs of irritation, leaving skin noticeably hydrated, supple, and more comfortable. You can also check out our ceramide body oil stick, which is specifically made for the body. This lightweight, mess-free body oil stick uses ceramides, squalene, and shea to replenish moisture and support your body’s skin barrier. It is also always a good idea to do a patch test before applying the product all over just to be safe.

An amazing serum
I love this serum. My skin used to be so dry but after using this serum consistently for a couple of months I no longer get dry patches and my skin looks so even and hydrated. It is now part of my routine. Would recommend!

Bad reaction after application
This serum destroyed my skin. I have VERY sensitive skin and it’s also dry. I heard this brand is good for sensitive skin people, but this product stung immediately upon application. Then a few mins later it kept stinging and I felt a hot, burning sensation. My face turned into a tomato and I quickly had to rinse with cold water. I’ve NEVER had such a terrible reaction to a serum before… never again.

sooo great at hydrating. my skin feels silky and smooth after using. it is a great base for my morning routine. I also find it helps my skin after being in harsh conditions (I tend to ski a lot, so using this after wind burn is the best!) I also have sensitive skin and this does not irritate it at all.

My husband and I both love this product! My husband has sensitive skin, since using this daily it does not get irritated anymore. I use it if I have overdone it with "experimenting" with new products and aggravated my skin. For me, this is a must have!! The times when I have run out, my neck & face are sure to let me know, as they aren't nearly moisturized & soft. Definitely a must have in my regime. Also, I've come to rely on it as a great midday boost and comfort for dry/cold weather & hot/sun touched days. Don't pass on this one and you will understand.

Amazing for dry skin as you age
My skin has gotten drier as Ive entered my late 30s, and adding this serum into my daily routine has helped keep my skin feeling hydrated. I notice a difference the few times I forget to use it, and I like that it hydrates my skin, but doesnt leave me looking greasy when applied under a heavier moisturizer.

Still haven't found the WOW factor
Been using it for 3 months now, use it first thing after cleansing my face. It's very light weight and penetrates my skin easily. I do have to use at least three drops to cover my face before I apply moisturizer so the bottle only lasts me a month if that. I do have days where my face reacts to an ingredient creating redness on my sensitive skin.
