Ineffective product and sloppy roller ball implementation
Nope - no changes after 6 weeks. What age group was this product tested with? Roller ball application needs some more design work and obviously more focus group usage and testing. It works initially (dispenses and glides on skin), but all product is not used leading to disgusting buildup. Requires a safety pin to remove gunk on a regular basis. I'd rather apply with my fingers. If it worked......

Such a great idea.
The roller ball is amazing!! However, it isn’t situated close enough to the product. you have to squirt extra to get any on the roller and then you have a gooey mess that is hard to clean off.

World's Worst Applicator Design
This might work great but I’ve only used it for two days, so it’s too early to tell, HOWEVER, this product has the absolute WORST application design I’ve ever seen. It’s wasteful, seems pointless, and is not functional at all. Because there is no way to separate the roller, it winds up just trapping goo under the roller where you can’t get to it, and there’s no way to tell how much you’re actually applying. Also, there’s a super fine shimmer in this product. Why is there shimmer? Does that have any functional purpose? My guess is no, and this is a day and night product, so the shipper just seems weird. Not a fan so far.

I received this product from FedEx and the original packaging inside the box was crushed, the and the item was just laying inside the box and not in the packaging, the roller was missing so the product couldn’t even be used. I box from Target that it arrived in was crushed and retapped. I was very disappointed because I couldn’t even try this new product out.

Wanted to love this, but don’t like the applicator. Even after twisting it closed, product remains and doesn’t roll onto skin. Product seems like it would work well, but package needs some attention.

Disappointing
I was so excited for this product to release. I needed a good cream for my neck, and I like Olay products. However, this packaging is awful. As someone else said, the lotion gets stuck under the roller, and you have to use something to get it out. I'll have to try something else in the future.

Break outs
The lotion gets stuck under the roller. I used a q-tip to get it out and it ended up popping off the roller. I have not seen any change at all. Unfortunately the only thing I have seen is that my face has broken out more than it ever has since I started using it. Not worth the money.

Keep on rolling away
Great concept but the lotion gets stuck under the roller and doesn't make it to your neck. I have to use a spatula to get it from under the roller and apply directly to my neck. Can't really comment on the effectiveness of the product.
