Description

The Dalmore 12 is recognized as a whisky with character far beyond its age. The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, yielding soft vanilla and honey notes. A proportion of the spirit is then finessed in pinnacle Sherry casks, including 30-Year Old Matusalem Oloroso casks, exclusive to The Dalmore, to give the whisky a rich, nutty character. The two styles are then reunited to create an outstanding single malt.

Great whiskey that doesn’t disappoint.

Great whiskey with a lot of body feels smooth and refined aged to perfection not to dry just perfect to pair along with a nice cigar and hang out smells of great complexity like dried fruits chocolate and Carmel with fruity nuances can’t get any better for the price point.

I'm not much of a scotch drinker but my friend does PR for Dalmore and I have to say, that's a quality scotch. Its strong, not for the faint of heart but wonderful night cap after a long day. Price matches the quality so I would definitely recommend.

the great bottle brings you in and the taste keeps you wanting more dalmore! great for someone who is new to scotch as well as someone who’s been drinking scotch forever. it’s delicious all by itself or with a rock! 12, 15, and 18 year are all equally as fabulous!

One of my favorite go to scotch whiskeys. It has a medium body, and sweetness while not being too rich. I highly recommend this for anyone who does not like a Smokey drink, but still wants to enjoy a finer scotch. The aroma is orange, plums and chocolate while the taste is citrus, spice, coffee and cinnamon. Finishing it off with orange, vanilla plums and more cinnamon; this is truly a remarkable drink for the cost.

The first tier scotch. Not their smoothest scotch at only 12 years. Some of the older Malts are smoother. But at this price it’s really a great deal if you’re looking for an entry level scotch. Dalmore is a great brand and all their products are top notch.

Tried this at my friend’s house. Says it’s expensive, I’m sure it is. It was very mellow. We sipped it and enjoyed with cured meats. Pairs well with this... I am interested to try the other version of this. This was very smooth, sweet caramel finish with just the slight bite and warmth not burn going down. Very nice.

A great scotch. I really like it and it is a staple in our house. I think there are probably some better ones are out there, but if you see this and think the bottle looks cool, then buy it and drink it. You will not be disappointed!
