I thought I was getting a steal of a deal with this chair, however it is extremely uncomfortable and not worth the $160 price paid. There is zero lumbar support, the seat and arms are stiff and unforgiving, the seat is shallow and slopes down and forward slightly so we feel like you're sliding out of it. Also the cushion is not removal and is thin and cheap feeling. All in all, quite a disappointing purchase. They could not pay me enough to take on another one of these torture devices much less pay what they are now asking. It's shameful.

Bought this as an occasional use chair, and for the price paid am very pleased with it. The only assembly required was to install the legs, which is not difficult. I find it roomy and comfortable, but not oversized.

Extremely disappointed in this chair. Although it looks nice; the legs are so poorly supportive. They bend out, we have to tighten them every couple days. When the legs bend out they make the chair in balanced and lopsided. We have only had it for maybe 2 months and I highly doubt it will make it much longer. For the price I would expect it to last much longer

First, this items was delivered without instructions. After several minutes of tinkering, it’s designed in such a way that the legs only screw own into the right spot. However, once I sat in it, it was overly firm and uncomfortable. Quality is not great Andy’s impossible to get it together.

My husband and I purchased two of these for our sunroom a few months ago. After a few months of having them, I still absolutely love them. I am so glad they have a taller back so you can lean against the chair comfortably. Yes, these are not the most comfortable chairs in the world, but for the price I think it was worth it. And we sit in them almost daily, so all things considered I don’t think they are the worst either. Also very easy to put together. Also easy to move the chairs around by myself.

Beautiful chair but it's for looks only - completely stiff and uncomfortable. I purchased two with the intent to put near my fireplace. Unfortunately I'll be returning them because it's like I'm sitting on an unpadded wooden chair.

I have a smaller home and was looking for a decent chair if I wanted to sit and read. I had bought a different chair for twice as much, returned it and bought this. I’m so happy I did! It’s comfy and firm at first but I can tell it’ll be nice when it’s more broken in. I can comfortably sit criss-cross applesauce on it and the high back has a slight lean so it’s easier on my back. Very glad I bought, and easy to put the legs on as well.

Some of the other reviews mention this chair isn't comfortable. Certainly if you're looking for a chair you can really sink into, this is not it. Yes it's a firm cushion, but not so firm that it's hard to sit in for any length of time. Back of chair offers lots of support and the color (I went with the light color) is neutral and sort of a grey/beige tone. For the price (I got it on sale) it's good value for money. If you're looking for a basic high back chair that won't break the bank, this is a good option.

This chair is amazing. It’s definitely much bigger than I expected, and it is a little lower down than most chairs (I have short legs and my feet firmly touch the ground at a height of 5’6”). It is absolutely perfect in my little reading corner, and I’m loving it as an office chair as the pandemic continues to rage. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a large chair that’s firm, but comfortable. The color is great! Granted, I had a really hard time getting it through the bedroom door, so check the measurements! Honestly one of my favorite parts of my bedroom remodel!!

Sorry others had issues with this chair, but we find it perfect. Easy to put legs on, so very comfortable for my short self and my tall husband. The seat is soft enough to relax in. The color is lovely and a perfect match for our living room. Even though we have a small living room, it still looks fabulous. I returned the previously purchased Merel Mid-Century Club Chair, and upgraded to this one. So happy I did. We have had many friends try it out and they all have been in impressed with color, design and comfort.

I love the design of the chair, and the price was a steal. With that being said, you kinda get what you pay for with this chair. It is a very firm chair, but I use it as a chair to sit in and put my shoes on and scroll the Target app for 10 mins. It’s definitely not a lounge chair. And the stitching is wonky in some places. But overall it serves the purpose I intended for it and still looks really good in my room.
