I received this feeder as a Christmas gift. It only lasted for 1 summer. I hung it up yesterday and the bottom wont stay on. I was very disappointed.

I have hardly had it for two months and part of it is already breaking as well as it’s drastically faded. Also the ants can get in so it attracts sugar ants

I’m not going to lie, I put this up and the bird feeder next to it and went inside to sit down on my patio to smite my handiwork. Not five minutes later I have my first customer. So not only is this beautiful in my little back yard, but it’s clearly attractive to the little flutter babies. Worth every darn penny! (Sorry for the pic but it’s taken through the screen of my patio)

Cheap Plastic And Poor Quality Cement Work. Lead Is Very Toxic To Birds

The bottom was cheap flimsy plastic, and the cement covered the hole for hanging. I didn't notice the California warning or I wouldn't have bought it. Lead is very toxic to birds, especially hummingbirds as they're so small. It's irresponsible to sell a hummingbird feeder that contains lead.

I have learned more about birds since buying this: for hummingbirds, you really want a perch. I have seen just one hummingbird since hanging this three months ago. Also the plastic base has faded quite a bit.

I haven’t had any hummingbirds yet but hopefully this one will draw some soon. I haven’t had it long enough to see about leakage etc so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Many of my previous ones would leak from the bottom. Beautiful product that looks great by my hanging baskets.

Terrible quality. Some of the mosaic pieces were cracked and chipped, looks like it was put together very poorly. It was going to a mother's day gift, but I returned it.

The feeder is smaller then I thought but is attractive. The hummingbirds are getting used to it but still go to the older feeders. Sometimes I have as many as 35 hummingbirds trying to drink from the 3 feeders. This feeder looks nice in the deck. I’m disappointed that the base is plastic instead of metal like my others,

Reassembly Issues

Broke a few months in while I screwing in the red plastic base into the glass mosaic component. I was very slow and careful with it, so not sure how that happened. The low rating is very specifically because it was difficult to screw in and often I would notice leakage so I had to unscrew and reattempt. I wouldn't recommend this feeder for this reason. Before it broke, it functioned well and attracted hummingbirds.

Cheap! The bottom flower container is made of cheap plastic which cannot be screwed on properly so it hangs crooked. There was a glue product inside, I had to soak it for quite some time. Better feeders out there.
