The turned wood design adds style and beauty to your landscape. More elegant that metal poles or plain square posts, this pole is the elegant way to elevate even the most ornate bird house. Bottom support feet are approx. 16"L; included ground auger offers additional stability in your landscape. This product will fall apart if left on its own. The screw sleeve came completely out when we tried to attach post "a" to post "b", everything had to be glued

As I read from other reviewers, mine has a crack in the upper post too. I haven't installed yet as it needs a flat spot, which is hard to find in my yard.

The screw at the base stripped when trying to attach it to the pole. Poorly constructed and a waste of money.
This turned wood pedestal is not worth the money.

It is very poorly made. I had it in my yard for about a week and it fell in half and broke my birdhouse. There is no way to repair it. So I guess I'll just be eating the cost of both the pedestal AND the birdhouses

Arrived as pictured however I thought it would be larger. Was packaged extremely well.
