    Divine Cocoa Butter

    I love Palmers Cocoa butter, have used it for years. My sunloving skin loves that it is so rich. No other creme saturates my skin like Palmers cocoa butter. The sent is lovely and it gives suntanned skin a lovely glow.

    Broke my skin out.

    I purchased this in hopes that it would help with my fine lines only to find out that I used it mainly on my neck and on my face. And my neck broke out in hives.I have been scratching my neck and face for days, not realizing that it was the cocoa butter. In which I use to use the Cocoa butter in a stick 30 years ago while being pregnant, applying the cocoa butter stick on my stomach amd never had any type of allergic reactions to it. However, I guess over time, things must have changed with the ingredient Because now i'm allergic to it. And at 1st I didn't want to blame the rash on the coco butter but as I was reading the reviews and similar BAD Reviews Had the same concern abt the rash, so basically it is the coco butter that broke my skin out. Sad.

    A half century of total satisfaction

    I’ve probably been using this lotion for 50 years, and can’t say enough good things about it. Never got ‘stretch marks’ while pregnant, swear it heals scrapes/scratches/rashes, a friend (long ago) said her doctor had recommended it after a surgery, etc. Lately have become extremely incensed about products being inexplicably tested on animals, and Palmer’s says they don’t.

    Balm wonder!

    Bought this and love it! Cracked heels, dry nails, cuticles...my go to. And...now that I'm in my 50's I use it as an eye balm. I love the smell. But more than that, I love knowing its feeding my skin with nutrients, and not just acting as a barrier.

    Good, but oily.

    The product out of the package feels waxy and on the skin it is rather oily. Although this feeling goes away after two ish hours which leaves my skin soft for the rest of the day, but the morning after applying I feel dryer than usual without this moisturizer.

    Broken container

    The problem is NOT with the item or its quality. The problem is my shipment was sent with a completely broken off cover because someone dropped it and then just Packed the damaged product to ship to me. I would have waited another day or two for them to fix this accident before shipping. As it is I don’t know what to do with the thing except to put it to the side and wait until I can cover it with something. The cover is completely broken so what is left of it has no thread traction.
