Waste Of Time And Money!
This order process has been a total nightmare. 1. I ordered 2 Origami shelving units in BLACK. Both arrived in their own large beat up boxes, and both were a Grayish Pewter … Not BLACK! 2. The one GRAY shelf I fully removed from box # 1 also contained NO WHEELS for the shelf! 3. I only opened box #2 enough to see that it was NOT BLACK either, so I do not know if it included the wheels or not. 4. Target online returns only offered 1 return packing slip, but the order came in 2 boxes! 5. I decided to return the heavy shelves to my local store because I was only allowed to print 1 return label. 6. The shelves were too heavy for my daughter and I to get them into our car. 7. I finally had to call Target customer service, to get permission to have the shelves picked up from my home by UPS. 8. My CS rep, Brittney, was outstanding, and got permission to set up the UPS pickup service so that I could finally return the 2 shelving units that I DID NOT ORDER! 9. Both boxes are sitting on my front porch waiting for UPS. 10. I cannot leave a review for the actual shelves yet, as I have not been able to use them. 11. I did however order 2 more Origami shelves in BLACK from HSN, and I am happy to say they BOTH ARRIVED IN THE BLACK COLOR THAT I ORDERED!

Great item but dissappointing quality
I love these shelves, or at least my previously bought ones, but quality has taken a dive. This is the 2nd set I have bought at different places. The 1st was unstable and I returned it. This one is stable but has dents and other flaws. As it will go in my garage , a few flaws are ok so I will keep it. It will be a while until I try buying again.

Incorrect height listing
The shelving seemed fantastic, but it had to fit into a specific space, and unfortunately it did not. The listed height for this WHEELED cart was without the wheels, and it just did not fit. I will have to repack and return.

Warning 50:50 shot at a product that works!
I ordered two racks and received one that had a defective nut and bolt. The shelf would not lie flat and lock. I've contacted the warranty company three times. The first time I asked for replacement screws and was told they were sending them. They never did. The second time I called the warranty company they told me that replacement parts were no longer available (although they sell the Origami rack of a number of Large shopping sites on-line and on TV). They told me to buy my own screws or hire a handyman to fix the rack. I said this was unacceptable so they asked for a copy of my invoice and pictures of the product; their warranty says nothing about pictures but I sent them anyway. I was told I'd get a replacement in 7-10 days but did not. I called again June 12, 2019. I was on the phone for over an hour (supposedly to make sure my "paperwork" was in order and to make sure the rack hadn't been shipped. They again said they would send a replacement in 7 to 14 BUSINESS days (they emphasized this). There was no confirmation number but I'd get an email and then later, a tracking number once the item had shipped. I was told I would get an email confirming this promise of a third prolonged contact with Efren. I did not get an email and am afraid I wasted an hour while Efren and Origami got a good laugh. When I did not get an email, I filed a complaint with the BBB.

This shelf is very well made. It unfolds and folds back up easily. It arrived just a few days after i ordered it, actually a day earlier then estimated. I purchased it for 2 functions: so quests have a place to store their "stuff" when visiting (got some baskets for smaller "stuff"), and when I start seeds in the spring I can hang my lights under the shelves and then fold up for off season.

This shelving unit is effortless to open up and use. You open the box, insert the wheels, lift it up and push the sides open and shelves down - no other assembly necessary! I really love that it is so easy to move. I ordered two; one was in perfect shape, the other was quite dented (thus the 4-star rating). When I called, target.com took care of the problem, which I greatly appreciated. I ordered one more, and it came in good condition, so I'm 2 for 3!
