So, arrived today, easy-ish setup. First off, this does absolutely not spray from the center as the description says--even the picture does not show it spraying from the center. It sprays from one side. Second, the bumper at the bottom does not have a valve to keep air in, so you're lucky to get it partially inflated and keep it that way. Lastly, this is not a very slick vinyl at all--even covered with water, on a hill, there's still a lot of traction, so you're not going to be moving on it AT ALL unless you're oiled up like a competitor at Hawaiian Tropics.
