    Cute

    At first glance, they're smaller than anticipated--but then again, so are the non-migrating birds that may use these. I wonder how long they'll hold up to hard winter snow and wind--even strong summer rain and wind. I hung them in birch tree in my backyard, not far from my birdfeeders. I hammered nails into the trunk to hang each bird house from. My goal was to hang them on the east side of larger trunks/branches to help shield them from wind and storms coming from the west. I have not noticed any bird activity in/around the bird houses yet, but hopefully someone takes up residence when winter approaches.

    Roosting Pockets Set of 3

    I was not sure what the quality would be because of the price, but pleasantly surprised they are well made and beautiful and larger than i expected i would definitely recommend to anyone who is not sure.

    Very cute and earthy

    This is a nice set of bird houses. I wanted to get something that was built well and didn’t have too many parts. The old birdhouses I had fell apart after a while when they got wet. Two of the three in the set are woven as a continuous piece with no parts to separate after rain and wind. Slightly mismatched set of birdhouses look very quaint on the tree.

    A flop

    Gave these to my wife a year ago and she like their rustic charm. We put them in our courtyard that is constantly busy with small birds at feeders, suet cakes, seed cakes, on the ground, and at birdbaths. Although dozens of birds show up every day of the year, we have not seen a single one use one of these. I have tried moving them around. I have added small twigs for perches. Nothing happened. After almost a year the loops for hanging them gave out. I am glad to hear that other reviewers have had success but not a single chickadee, tufted titmouse, nuthatch, junko or sparrow has been attracted to ours.
