A: Yes you will need chlorine tabs. The kind you put in a floater get the 1in size not the big 3in pucks and a stabilizer w algea control and possibly a shock treatment after heavy use. Now if you have all the money in the world, are all the free water in the world at no conscience, you can just dump it out, and fill it back up as many times as you want. But I don't recommend it. The chemicals are probably cheaper than your water bill would be.
