A: If you google the listed UPC it makes the SKU for the pump model 28121EH

A: I believe the "330 gallon capacity" is for the filter pump not the pool which others have pointed out is about 1000 gal. The pump is 330 gal/hour.

submitted bySenoraK - 5 years agoA: Hey, I'm really rusty, but I think it's more like: πr^2 (r is 5 feet) x depth (we'll say 1.75' to account for inflated base and that you can't fill it completely full) x 7.48 (to convert cubic feet to gallons), so: 3.14 x 25' x 1.75' x 7.48 = 1028 gallons. Not trying to disparage your skillz, just trying to make sense of the numbers for myself and other customers.

I have bought this model of pool for 4 years. This year I bought it, the top inflatable ring did not hold air after 24 hours and I had already filled it will water. I tried to manage but had to drain the water and return it. I thought it was just an isolated incident so I ordered a replacement. Same thing happens with the second one. Just submitted a complaint to intex. Seems the quality has lowered. Wasted a lot of time and water on these poorly made pools. Very disappointed.

Very easy to set up. Pool seems to be very durable since my dog has been caught in the pool three times and she is 65 pounds and did not pop the air ring or tear the liner. She has her own pool but seems to prefer mine! Haha.

Disappointed Despite the Potential

This pool could be great it has so much potential, and my 4- and 5-year-old kids absolutely loved it. But unfortunately, it falls short in a major way: the wrinkles on the bottom. Getting those wrinkles out is nearly impossible, and they drastically affect the pool’s overall shape and height. Even after multiple attempts to smooth them out (which involved draining and refilling the pool several times), the bottom never laid flat, and the pool never reached its proper form. Once water is in, the pool becomes way too heavy to adjust, making the whole process frustrating and wasteful. For something that should be simple, this pool turned into a hassle. Because of that, I can’t recommend it.

I have had a pool like this last year, only smaller and decided to get a bigger size and my 2 kids only used it a few times in 2 months only had to change the water 1 time and that's when it started leaking from the bottom seam.

Bought an above ground “Easy Set” pool with filter pump from Target. There is nothing easy about the setup. 9 hours across 2 days of digging, filling, draining, digging some more, refilling, troubleshooting a broken-upon-unboxing GFCI timer, troubleshooting a broken plastic outlet hose, troubleshooting a broken pump, calling customer service, etc. It’s a $100 pool and you get what you pay for. Probably more trouble than it’s worth. Customer service is sending replacement parts at no charge, but would not expedite shipping or provide better quality replacement parts. To have so many issues within 2 days of purchase is disappointing.
