Issues opening

Item seems fresh. The packaging is very difficult to open. I spent a good 15-20 minutes trying to get the clear cap off to open the seal. I ended up using a knife to open it since it was on so tight that it was almost melted on. I would not recommend this due to the difficulty of opening.

Happy there’s a larger size of cream of tartar. For some reason, cream of tartar has been difficult to find in stores in general. I’ve looked in 6 different grocery stores with no luck. Thank you, Target!
