NOT a replacr

I was under the impression that a USB 3 A-B cable was compatible with a USB 2 A-B cable, just upgraded to handle faster data flow. However it uses a different connector. The cable is good quality, but unfortunately was not useable by me. The photo shows the connector but I wasn't expecting an incompatibility so I didn't notice it.

Picture doesn’t show it but the B side of the cable is bigger than a normal B cable. Maybe all 3.0 have this but you would think it would be called something else.

Good quality & works fine

I've had them installed for a few days. The cables are typical good quality Monoprice and I've had 0 issues so far. I bought multiple lengths and they've all worked.
