I bought this as seating for my dining table. I wanted something a little more comfy than a wood bench and this does the trick! The seat is as tall as my dining chairs. It's comfortable yet supportive. The cushion is firm without being hard. I love fabric and medium gray color. My only concern is that the back is attached two metal posts that slide into the seat. When I lean back on it it's fine but when my husband (who weights 50lbs more) leans against it it has too much give. I worry if somebody larger leaned back on it it could break. It's not an issue for me because I positioned it against the wall. It's perfect for the price. I love it and so does my little dog!
