Buttery Potato
I saw that people has mixed feelings about this potato. Personally, my family experience with this potato is great! It cook/boiled super fast. I also like the texture - it's creamy and buttery and retain lots of moisture if baked in low temp (low temp but long cook). The skin is another great aspect of this potato - it's thin enough for easy peel or eating the whole potato - ensure washing before cooking for safe handling of food. Hopefully Target keeps this staple in their grocery.

Going bad
I would not buy these potatoes from Target again. They were all soft and going bad. My husband has gotten a couple other bags prior to this with bad potatoes. I decided to try one more time. Stupid me. 🤦🏼♀️

They taste okay in the soup I made, but somehow they seem unripe (green) and old (squishy when raw) at the same time. I’m not a potato expert, so maybe the green indicates something else, but every time I’ve bought these elsewhere they were actually yellow.
