We recently purchased our pups food, and when we opened it, it was filled with spiderwebs and bugs.
From Purina team
Thanks for reaching out. We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with Purina ONE SmartBlend True Instinct High Protein Natural Real Beef & Salmon Flavor Dry Dog Food. As pet owners and pet lovers ourselves, we know pets are family and understand how concerning the situation is. Insects have no place in your dogs' food, and we take that seriously. From start to finish, we focus on making and packaging our products so they reach you in the best condition. When this does happen, it’s typically due to packaging being damaged after it leaves our facility during shipping or storage. When you have a chance, please reach out to us at 1-866-787-4621 (866-PURINA1) so we can learn more. Our team is available for you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT) and Saturday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT), or visit www.purina.com/contact-us. We're here to help and hope to hear from you soon. – The ONE Team

Pets favorite variety
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is my pets favorite variety. I like that it has more protein in it, more expensive and less weight per bag but think it’s hands down my picky Boykin spaniels favorite.
