Damaged prior to shipping but seller sent regardless.

Nutcracker is broken. Chipped/missing piece of wood not in the box, so obviously seller shipped it knowing it was damaged. I would have just glued the piece had come with the damaged product and been done with it. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it.
