This item was assembled cheaply with plastic clips which were broken. All clockworks and glass were loose and unattached from the “wood” housing. Found this out on Christmas morning — we fixed it ourselves by manufacturing our own clip parts rather than wait for return/replacement. Disappointed — this was NOT worth the premium price that Howard Miller brand required.
