Do not use the provided screws !
The towel rack itself is okay but not study feeling. Looks nice. The problem is the wall anchors are much shorter and closed ended than the much longer screws provided. So now I have pencil marks and broken out holes in the wall and no towel rack. Very angry as it’s a new wall and new paint. In order words you drill holes then put anchors then the screws are so long they push the anchors into the wall ! I could find anchors and screws to work but I refuse to pay and have to all the extra work.
